best crepe recipe I've ever worked with. I use whole wheat pastry flour and end up with a much better texture than regular high-pro whole wheat.

Recipe Ingredients for crepe batter

3 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
3 tbsp Butter
10 1/2 fl oz Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat

Recipe Directions for crepe batter

melt butter in milk, but do not boil. crack eggs in well in flour, begin mixing. Add milk mixture to flour mixture slowly. let rest 30 minutes then cook in 3/4 cup batches on a medium-low heat frying pan.
