Good basic recipe for classic crepes

Recipe Ingredients for Crepe (basic)

1 cup flour
1 cup rice milk
1 cup water
2 eggs
2 tbsp grapeseed oil

Recipe Directions for Crepe (basic)

  1. Mix the eggs with the flour.

  2. Add ricemilk and water gradually, mixing gently.

  3. Add oil.

  4. Let rest for at least an hour before using if possible (does make a difference)
