Recipe Ingredients for Creole Tofu Gumbo

395 g tofu
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 T honey
3 1/2 cups
2 carrots
3 medium onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cups red beans
2 green peppers
4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup red wine
14 1/2 oz vegetable broth
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Recipe Directions for Creole Tofu Gumbo

Season tofu and marinate overnight. Broil on each side. Cook veggies in pot. Add broth and tomatoes. Cook for a long time. Add tofu.
