Fast and easy shrimp served over rice or noodles. Add tabasco at end to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Creole Shrimp

2 tablespoons Olive Oil
250 g shrimp
1 cup onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup celery
3/4 cup red pepper
3/4 cup green pepper
2 cups tomato
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1/8 cup white wine
1/8 teaspoon allspice

Recipe Directions for Creole Shrimp

Saute onions, celery and peppers until soft. 2 to 3 minutes. Add garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano and allspice. Cook for 1 more minute. Add wine and tomatoes. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes then add shrimp. Cook till shrimp are just pink. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rice or noodles.
