Recipe Ingredients for Creole Chicken Stew

6 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken, Thigh, Meat Only
0.5 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 slice Butterball Bacon Style Turkey
3 clove Garlic
4 oz Wine, Table, White
1 cup Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
0.5 tsp Oregano, Ground
0.5 tsp Cumin Seed
0.25 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
0.5 tsp Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Pepper, Tabasco
8 oz Beans, Snap, Green

Recipe Directions for Creole Chicken Stew

Saute onion and pepper til browned and remove from heat. Cut chicken thigh into 1-inch cubes and brown in same pan, add garlic, and diced turkey bacon. Pour in wine, cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoes, pepper/onion mix, oregano, cumin, thyme and hot sauce, bring to a boil. Add green beans, reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, covered. Serve with rice if you'd like.
