Recipe Ingredients for "Creole" Chicken

20 oz (raw) Chicken
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
80 g Celery
16 oz Okra
1 serving Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
1/2 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt
2 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for "Creole" Chicken

  1. In dutch oven or large pan, brown chicken. Set aside.

  2. Add olive oil to pan. Sweat onions, peppers, celery and garlic.

  3. Return chicken to pan. Add okra, tomatoes, chili flakes and hot sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes.
