Recipe Ingredients for Creole Chicken

330 g skinless chicken breasts
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
250 g pineapple chunks
240 g canned tomatoes
15 g flat leaf parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Creole Chicken

  1. Fry onion and peppers until peppers start to soften

  2. Add chicken (cut into chunks)

  3. Add pineapple chunks and juice(if any)

  4. Stri in canned (chopped) tomaotes

  5. COver and simmer for about 15 minutes until chicken cooked amd has thickenen slightly

  6. Stir in parsley
