Recipe Ingredients for Creole Chicken

3 cup Okra
12 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, diced Celery
3 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 oz Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 serving Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Thyme
1 serving Lemon Pepper Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
1 oz Parsley
4 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth

Recipe Directions for Creole Chicken

Heat a large skillet or dutch oven to medium. Add oil. Sprinkle in the 1 tablespoon flour.Let the roux get dark brown, Add hot chicken broth & stir. Add in vegetables. Put in chicken. Add seasoning & stir. Cover . Let cook 20 minutes, check chicken. When cooked turn down heat. Remove chicken & shred. Return to pot. Stir. Adjust seasonings. Add File powder as needed. Stir. Serve over rice.
