1 t Cultured Buttermilk
1 c heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Creme Fraiche

  1. Combine ingredients in sterile container and gently heat to no more than 85 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Loosely cover and let stand at room temperature (60 to 85 F) 5 to 24 hours until thickened.

  3. Stir, cover and refrigerate.

  4. Use or freeze within 10 days
