6 large Egg, Yolk
16 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
200 grams Pure Cane Sugar
1 dash Salt, Table
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
6 serving Pure Cane Sugar

Recipe Directions for Creme Brulee by Sam

Heat heavy cream to the boiling point. Lightly beat egg yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt; very slowly pour the hot cream over them, stiring until well blended. Add vanilla. Strain the custard into 6 ramekins; stand the dish in a pan of warm water and bake at 350 30 to 40 min. until knife comes out clean and custard is set. Remove from oven; cool and chill in refrigerater. Sprinkle top evenly with 1 serving of sugar and heat with torch.
