Put one cup of flour in a bowl with a pinch of salt. Make a whole in the middle and add two eggs, mix add, then slowly add half cup of milk and half cup of water. Mix well. Use a non-stick pan to make, Put one teaspoon of olive oil in the pan and spread, then pour oil into a cup. Reuse this oil for all creapes you make. Eat with fresh blueberries or strawberries. You can also use Diebetic Jam, I make these when I feel like eating cake or chocolate. It takes my craving aways and It feels like cheating but it's not, these creaps are just 250 calories per serving and have lots of protein which will keep you full for a long time.
