Recipe Ingredients for Creamy White Bean Avocado Wraps

2 cup, chopped Cabbage, Red
15 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
0.5 cup All Natural Cheese
2 tbsp chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.33 tbsp Chipotle Peppers
2 oz Cilantro
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Creamy White Bean Avocado Wraps

Drain and rinse beans. Discard skin and seed from avocado. Mash beans and avocado together in a bowl. Stir in scallions and cheese. Set aside. In a separate bowl whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt and finely chopped chipotle pepper. Mix in shredded cabbage and cilantro. To serve spoon 1/4 avocado mixture on a tortilla. Top with 1/4 cabbage mixture. Roll into a wrap.
