A traditional vegetarian spaghetti recipe using cream of mushroom soup to make it extra creamy

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Vegetarian Spaghetti

1 cup Tomato Products
1/2 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cup Spaghetti
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic
0.5 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Creamy Vegetarian Spaghetti

  1. Add spaghetti noodles to a pot of boiling water. Boil 6 minutes or untll al dente.

  2. In a nonstick saucepan, add chopped garlic, mushrooms, onion, chili powder and basil. Cook on medium heat until onions are translucent.

  3. Add a cup of tomato sauce, and equal parts water to the onion mixture. Stir frequently until mixture is simmiring, then add half cup of cream of mushroom soup. Stir frequently and allow sauce to simmer.

  4. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water, then add to sauce.

  5. Serve hot, with parsley to garnish.
