Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Vegetable Soup

1 head cauliflower
2 cups celery
14 carrots
2 cups asparagus
2 potatoes
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Creamy Vegetable Soup

  1. almost cover with water

  2. boil

  3. simmer for 1-1.5 hours until mushy

  4. immersion blender to smooth

  5. add butter, salt, pepper, seasonings (onion powder if no real onion)

  6. shake flour and milk until smooth and add to thicken.

  7. season and cheese individual bowls to taste
