Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Vegetable Soup

2 medium carrots
2 medium zucchini
1 medium squash
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
6 cups water
1/2 cup milk
3/4 large red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 Red pepper flakes to taste
1 Pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Creamy Vegetable Soup

  1. Dice all veggies and add to pot with water and bouillon cubes. Add seasoning as you see fit.

  2. When veggies are tender, add milk and remove from heat. Blend and serve.
