3 potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
14.5 oz Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1 cup Pepper Strips
3 medium Carrots
0.5 medium White Onion

Recipe Directions for Creamy vegetable soup

chop all veggies, add to pot with one can of broth and one can of water. Boil until all veggies are tender. Season to taste with salt, pepper and other spices. Blend with hand blender to make creamy.
