Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Vegetable Pasta

1 large red pepper, cut into strips
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup carrots
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 ounces PHILADELPHIA Garden Vegetable Light
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. salt
85 grams whole wheat pasta

Recipe Directions for Creamy Vegetable Pasta

  1. Cook and stir vegetables in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.

  2. Add reduced-fat cream cheese, milk, and seasonings; mix well.

  3. Cook on low heat until reduced-fat cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently.

  4. Drain hot pasta; place in large bowl. Add sauce; toss to coat.
