Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Vegan Yogurt

1/2 cup soy milk
2 oz almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
455 grams silken tofu
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp sugar
52 grams banana
3 grams guar gum
3 grams xanthan gum

Recipe Directions for Creamy Vegan Yogurt

  1. blend all ingredients together, starting with the liquids and the gums.

  2. gradually add spices, extracts, and silken tofu

  3. add banana to sweeten to taste.
