Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Vegan Coleslaw

4 cups cabbage (shredded)
1 large carrot (shredded)
1/4 cup soy milk
2 tbs cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Creamy Vegan Coleslaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage and carrot and set aside.

  2. In a small bow, combine the vegan mayo (separate recipe), soy milk, vinegar, sugar, mustard, celery seeds, salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Mix until smooth and well blended.

  4. Add dressing to large bowl and toss well to combine.

  5. Taste, adjust seasonings as needed and serve.
