Recipe Ingredients for Creamy tomatoes and basil sauce for pasta (fettuccine)

400 grams Tomatoes
3 clove Garlic
1 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Pepper, Black
50 grams Cheddar Cheese
1 serving Meggle Light Cuisine
1 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Creamy tomatoes and basil sauce for pasta (fettuccine)

  1. Mix the tomatoes with the oilive oil garlic and basil and season to taste. Heat genly so the flavours blend together then add the cream and stir until smoothly blended. Leave to warm over the lowest heat.

  2. Cook the fettuccine until al dente and drain thoroghly. Toss with the sauce, add the grated cheese and toss again before serving.
