Delicious creamy tomato soup (with no cream)

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Tomato Soup

1500 grams Tomato Puree
2500 grams Water
2 tbsp Olive Oil
20 grams Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.25 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Paprika
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 tsp Parsley, Dried

Recipe Directions for Creamy Tomato Soup

  1. One serving = one cup of soup.

  2. 1. In a large pot warm 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Add 2 Tbsp of flour, mix and heat on medium until the flour becomes yellowish (1-2min.)

  3. 2. Add paprika, mix quickly and add 1.5 liters of tomato puree. Mix well.

  4. 3. Add all the spices.

  5. 4. Add 2.5 liters water and 1/4 cup of rice.

  6. When the soup boils, lower the heat between low and medium and leave on until the rice is cooked.
