Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Tomato & Chicken Fusilli Bake

550 g fusilli, cooked
1/4 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, sliced
150 g ground chicken
85 g red bell peppers, chopped
85 g mushrooms, diced
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1 pinch dried thyme
65 g frozen spinach, not drained
500 g Dolmio Creamy Tomato sauce
105 g red lentils, cooked

Recipe Directions for Creamy Tomato & Chicken Fusilli Bake

  1. Cook the fusilli with the 1/4 tsp salt. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop it from cooking further.

  2. Heat a frying pan on medium. Add in chicken and garlic. When it start to sizzle, stir and add in peppers.

  3. When peppers start to cook, add in mushrooms. When mushrooms begin to soften, add in spinach & stir.

  4. Pour in sauce and add in lentils. Heat through and remove from heat.
