Recipe Ingredients for Creamy tiger prawns in spaghetti

56 g spaghetti
100 g Creme Fraiche
50 g Prawns
1 large onion, chopped
5 fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oregano
3 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for Creamy tiger prawns in spaghetti

  1. Put a large saucepan of salted water on to boil.

  2. Thinly slice the mushrooms, onion and garlic.

  3. Add the spaghetti into the boiling salted water

  4. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan add the mushrooms, onion, garlic and soften.

  5. Next add the tiger prawns to the vegetables along with the creme fraiche. Next add the salt, pepper and oregano. If the crème fraiche starts to split and a little skimmed milk and bring to the boil, stirring frequently.

  6. When cooked to your liking take the spaghetti out and drain the water.

  7. Place the Spaghetti into a bowl or plate. Pour the remaining olive oil over the spaghetti.

  8. Once the prawns are cooked through pour the mixture over the spaghetti

  9. Enjoy!
