Kraft Minute creamy tapioca pudding

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Tapioca Pudding

36 gram minute tapioca
1 egg
6 tbsp sugar
2 cups 1% milk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Creamy Tapioca Pudding

  1. Beat egg white in a medium bowl with electric mixer on high until foamy. Gradually add 3 Tbsp sugar, beating until soft peaks form.

  2. MIX tapioca, reamining 3 Tbsp sugar, milk and egg yolk in a medium saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. COOK on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (a boil that doesn't stop bubbling when stirred)

  4. Remove from heat. Add a small amount of hot pudding mixture to the egg whites and stir to heat the whites up a bit.

  5. Quickly stir in egg white mixture until well bleneded.

  6. Stir in vanilla.

  7. COOL 20 minutes; stir. Serve warm or chilled.
