Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Swiss Steak

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs beef round steak
2 tbls olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Creamy Swiss Steak

In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt and pepper; dredge beef. In a large skillet, brown beef in olive oil on both sides. Transfer to casserole dish; top with chopped onion. Combine soup and water; pour over onion and meat. Cover and cook in oven until meat is tender.
