From http://thevegandiet.blogspot.com. The original recipe called for 2 tbsp realsalt, I didn't know what that was so I put 1 tbsp kosher salt with the result that it is too salty. 1 tsp probably would be enough.

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Sunflower Seed Garlic dip

1 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp kosher salt
1/4 cup cider vinegar
4 tbsp cilantro

Recipe Directions for Creamy Sunflower Seed Garlic dip

In a blender add sunflower seeds garlic water Blend well 5-7 min. until creamy you might need to add more water if you want to make a salad dressing instead of a dip. Add vinegar, salt, herbs. You can make a great sesame dip too! Just replace the sunflower seeds for sesame seeds.
