Recipe Ingredients for creamy shells with tomato and white bean

12 oz. pasta
2 1/2 lb tomato
1 c. heavy cream
1 onion
6 cloves garlic
6 T. butter
16 oz. navy beans
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for creamy shells with tomato and white bean

  1. cook the pasta and set it aside.

  2. melt the butter in the pasta pan.

  3. cook onion and garlic until it begins to soften.

  4. add cream. Cook until cream is reduced by half.

  5. add beans, tomato, and reserved pasta and mix well. Cook until warmed through.

  6. stir in Parmesan cheese.

  7. serve.
