Creamy Salmon Pasta with Red Pepper

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Salmon Pasta

190 g wild salmon
170 g dried pasta
20 g ICBINB light butter
20 g plain flour
250 g milk
2 pinches mixed herbs

Recipe Directions for Creamy Salmon Pasta

  1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water, according to the packet instructions or until al dente.Add chopped up red pepper to the hot water to cook the pepper until soft. Drain well and return to pan.

  2. Meanwhile cook the salmon in tin foil in the oven with 10g of butter and a small pinch of mixed herbs. Once cooked flake to small chunks

  3. Mix the butter, flour and milk to make a white sauce.

  4. Add the white sauce to the hot, cooked pasta, along with a pinch of mixed herbs and some salt and pepper. Toss together well to combine, then gently stir in the salmon. Divide between bowls and serve immediately.
