Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Risotto

32 oz chicken stock
2 cups arborio rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for Creamy Risotto

  1. Heat chicken stock in pan (or by 1/2 cups as needed in microwave).

  2. Saute rice in olive oil.

  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of hot stock and simmer until absorbed.

  4. Repeat until stock is gone and rice is creamy.

  5. Stir in parmesan and butter. Salt to taste.
