Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Rice Pudding

2 serving dillons fat free plus milk
1 large Egg, Whole
0.33 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 tbsp Light Soft Spread
1.5 cup Rice, White, Short-grain, Cooked
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Creamy Rice Pudding

in med sauce pan bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add 3/4 cups of rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. In another saucepan combine 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice, 1 1/2 cups of milk, sugar and salt. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, 15-20 minutes. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup of milk, beaten egg, and 2/3 C of golden raisens (if wanted). Cook 2 minutes more stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla. serve warm sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.
