Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Rice Pudding

1.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
16 fl. oz Kirkland 2% Milk
2.5 oz SPLENDA No Calorie
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving USDA Large Egg
2.3 oz Dried Fruit
1/5 oz Vanilla Beans
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread

Recipe Directions for Creamy Rice Pudding

  1. Combine cooked rice, 1.5 cups milk, Splenda, salt and split vanilla bean in medium saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Heat mixture, stirring occasionally, until creamy, 15-20 minutes.

  3. Add reserved milk, beaten egg and mixed dried fruit or raisins and mix continuously for another two minutes.

  4. Serve warm.
