6 green olives with pimento(2 tbsp.), sliced
2 teaspoons capers
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
3 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
2 4/5 grams (1 teaspoon) lemon & herb seasoning (recommended: McCormick)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 pound red potatoes(small), cooked with skin on & diced
