Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Quorn and Spaghetti

200 g spaghetti
1 onion
2 tablespoons oil
50 g peas
100 g courgettes
100 g mushrooms
125 ml milk
15 g margarine
15 g flour
75 g grated cheese

Recipe Directions for Creamy Quorn and Spaghetti

  1. Cook spaghetti for 12 mins until soft

  2. Fry onion for 4-5 mins until softened

  3. Add 150g cubed quorn (wasn't able to find it on the system) and fry for another 3 mins

  4. Stir in the peas, courgettes (slice thickly) and mushrooms

  5. Fry for 3 mins, stirring continuously

  6. Set on one side

  7. Put milk, margarine and flour in a pan and heat stirring until thick

  8. Add grated cheese and stir

  9. Combine the cheese sauce with the quorn mixture

  10. Serve on cooked spaghetti
