Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Potatoe and Leek Soup

9 grams Vegetable Stock
5 Potato small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia) Potato, Flesh And Skin
2 cup Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
0.2 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp, leaves Thyme, Dried
100 grams Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Creamy Potatoe and Leek Soup

  1. Dice the potaoes andthe leek.

  2. Saute the leek, poatoes and vegetable stock dice in olive oil until they are soft.

  3. Add the water and let it simmer until the potatoes are soft.

  4. Add the garlic salt and thyme and Then pour the soup in a blender or just use a stick blender.
