Recipe Ingredients for Creamy peppercorn sauce

1 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp beef stock
1 tbsp green peppercorns
1/2 cup cream

Recipe Directions for Creamy peppercorn sauce

  1. Deglaze pan with butter and chopped garlic.

  2. Add white wine (brandy or sherry), beef stock and green peppercorns and sizzle until reduced.

  3. Add cream, season and reduce until reduced by half and thick.
