Creamy Peas & Carrots with a Chicken flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Peas & Carrots

100 g carrots
1 cup peas
3 tsp cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 medium onion

Recipe Directions for Creamy Peas & Carrots

  1. MIX cornstarch, 1/2 cup broth and lemon juice.

  2. MIX remaining broth, carrots and onion in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender. Add snow peas. Cook 2 min.

  3. ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
