Pasta Primavera with a creamy sauce made from yogurt and cottage cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Pasta Primavera

12 ounces penne
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic
16 ounces frozen stir fry vegetables
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
6 tablespoons parmesan, grated

Recipe Directions for Creamy Pasta Primavera

  1. boil pasta, drain

  2. mince garlic and saute in olive oil

  3. add vegetables and saute

  4. to make sauce, put yogurt, cottage cheese, and parmesan in blender or food processor and blend until very smooth

  5. mix veggies, pasta, and sauce, and eat
