Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Parmesan Spinach

16 oz frozen spinach, defrosted
3 oz
1/4 small white onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Recipe Directions for Creamy Parmesan Spinach

  1. Place spinach in microwave to defrost.

  2. While spinach defrosts, place cream cheese and onions in a medium sauce pot over low heat.

  3. When the cream cheese melts, add Parmesan and black pepper to the cheese.

  4. Drain spinach in clean kitchen towel, wringing it out until dry.

  5. Stir spinach into sauce, season with a pinch of salt, to taste, if necessary and let the spinach sit over lowest heat possible 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
