Cornmeal mush with butter, cream and Parmesan cheese. Very filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Parmesan Polenta

1 1/2 cups water
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 1/2 cups canned chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for Creamy Parmesan Polenta

Combine water and cornmeal in small bowl. Mix with broth in heavy saucepan or skillet, stir well. Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 20 minutes until very thick, about 20 minutes. Mix in the butter, cream and cheese; mix well. Serve with additional cheese if wanted.
