Creamy Shirataki noodle dish without the guilt

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy noodle

16 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)
2. oz Creamy Cheese Fat Free
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
8 oz ( 1 serving ) Beef, Chuck, Top Blade
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving Worcestershire Sauce
0.5 cup Fat Free Milk
3 tbsp Onions, Dehydrated Flakes
4 tsp Fancy Parmesan Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Creamy noodle

  1. Rinse under water and drain shirataki noodles in a stainer shake to dry.

  2. In a medium pan saute cooked meat, grated zucchini and mushrooms. Add milk and fat free cream cheese stir until you form a sauce. Add rest of ingredients (Save the Parmesan cheese for the end) and bring to a bubble then gently add noodles. Serve immediately in 2 shallow dishes, top with Parmesan
