Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Mushroom Fettucine

2 oz Fettucine
0.33 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
1 oz Mushrooms
1 fl oz Wine, Table, White
1 grams Cornstarch
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Creamy Mushroom Fettucine

Sautee garlic in oil. Add mushrooms and seasonings and cook 5 min. Cook fettucine in boiling salted water separately. Mix soup with cornstarch in small bowl. Add to mushrooms and cook until thickened. Take off heat and add balsamic. Toss with fettucine.
