Delicious Protein bars for the coffee lover who wants the coffeehouse experience of a cup of Starbucks Mocha Latte in a protein bar.

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Mocha Protein Bars

6 cups quick oats
6 scoops whey protein powder
1/2 c powdered milk
3 oz pudding, dry
1 oz ovaltine, dry
2/3 c coffee, instant, dry
1/3 cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c chocolate chips
1 c light corn syrup

Recipe Directions for Creamy Mocha Protein Bars

Sprinkle chocolate chips on cookie sheet. Refrigerate. Grind dry ingredients until they are super fine and well-mixed. Add vanilla and corn syrup (drizzle through top while processing). When motion stops in processor, press and roll into cooking sheet, onto chips. Cut into bars and bag in snack baggies.
