Grilled CHicken with Chutney (different recipe)

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Grilled Chicken on Skewers

1 pound chicken breasts
1/8 cup milk
1/8 cup cream
1 tablespoon coriander seed
1 tablespoon gingerroot
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon cumin
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Recipe Directions for Creamy Grilled Chicken on Skewers

  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours but no longer than 24 hours.

  2. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Thread each chicken strip lengthwise.

  3. Cover and grill kabobs 4 to 5 inches from medium heat 5 to 7 minutes, turning skewers occasionally to ensure even browning, until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
