Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Green Bean Salad with Dill

1 1/2 cups green beans
4 oz fat free sour cream
1 tbs poppy seeds
2 tbs fresh dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Creamy Green Bean Salad with Dill

  1. Boil green beans briefly (so they don't get mushy) and drain.

  2. Mix sour cream with fresh dill (snipped with kitchen shears) poppy seeds and salt and pepper (to taste).

  3. Combine beans and dressing. Can be made in advance. Delicious alone or served along side salmon, steak or barbeque.
