Sauce for seafood or fresh yabbies, marron or lobster

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Garlic sauce

2 clove Garlic
1 serving chicken stock reduced salt (Campbell's)
30 grams Wine
100 grams Butter
20 grams Flour
0.5 Teaspoon Mustard
125 grams My Philadelphia Cream for cooking
4 tsp Parsley Flakes

Recipe Directions for Creamy Garlic sauce

  1. Heat butter and garlic in frypan.

  2. Add flour and stir until combined. Remove from heat.

  3. Gradually add chicken stock, cream, parsley flakes and wine, and stir until combined.

  4. Return pan to heat and stir until the sauce thickens and boils.

  5. Add mustard and season with cracked black pepper and sea salt.

  6. Bring sauce to boil and add seafood.

  7. Cook until seafood is hot. Do not over cook
