Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Garlic Pasta with Shrimp and Veggies

14 ounce Whole Wheat Spaghetti
16 ounce shrimp , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/4 cups Asparagus - Cooked, Boiled, Drained
1 cup carrot, thinly sliced
2 cup frozen peas
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp kosher salt
12 ounce Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Recipe Directions for Creamy Garlic Pasta with Shrimp and Veggies

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook 2 minutes less than package directions. Add shrimp, asparagus, carrots and peas and cook until the pasta is tender and the shrimp are cooked, 2 to 4 minutes more. Drain well. Or can grill or cook shrimp and veggies separately and add to sauce and pasta.

  2. Mash garlic and salt in a large bowl until a paste forms. Whisk in yogurt, lemon juice, oil and pepper. Add the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
