Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Fettuccini with Asparagus and Lima Beans

8 ounces pasta, fettuccini
2 tbsp butter
2 cups asparagus
1 cup lima beans
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 cup fat free half and half
1 cup grated parmesan

Recipe Directions for Creamy Fettuccini with Asparagus and Lima Beans

  1. Cook fettuccini according to package, drain and cover to keep warm.

  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus, lima beans, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add broth and simmer another 3 minutes. Add cream, and simmer 3 minutes until vegetables are tender.

  3. Add vegetable mixture and cheese to fettuccini, toss to combine. Serve immediately.
