Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Fall Slaw

3 cups shredded red cabbage
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper (any type)
1 large apple
1/3 c. craisins (or raisins)
3 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. light miracle whip or mayonnaise
57 g. greek style yogurt (1/4 c.)
1 T. honey
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 t. salt
1 t. celery seed
1/2 t. pepper

Recipe Directions for Creamy Fall Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, onion and bell pepper. Mix well.

  2. In a small bowl, toss the apple and raisins with the lemon juice. Stir into the cabbage mix.

  3. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, mustard, salt, celery seed and pepper in a bowl and whisk well. Pour the dressing over the slaw, mix well and chill until ready to serve.
