This is one of my new favorite salads.

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad

2 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
0.33 cup Vinegar, Cider
0.33 cup (8 fl oz) Water
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.13 tsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp chopped Onions
4 tbsp Light Sour Cream
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

Recipe Directions for Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad

  1. Cut cucumbers into thin slices.

  2. Mix all ingredients except for sour cream and dill.

  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

  4. Before serving drain off liquid and mix in sour cream and dill.
