Excellent with sliced baggette or veggies. I usually use Imitation Crab as it is cheaper and Miracle Whip or the cheapest Salad Dressing I can find for the extra zip.

Recipe Ingredients for Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

8 oz Crab Meat
8 oz Cream Cheese (room temp)
1 c Miracle Whip
1/3 c Onion
13 3/4 oz Artichoke Hearts
3/4 c Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip

  1. Blend Cream Cheese and Miracle Whip until smooth.

  2. Drain Artichoke Hearts.

  3. Finely chop Crab Meat, Onion, and Artichoke Hearts.

  4. Stir in rest of ingredients and pour into a glass pie plate. Save about 1/3 C of parmesan cheese to spread on top of dip.

  5. Bake uncovered for 15 - 18 minutes at 375 degrees, until heated through and lightly browned.
